After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our office. The last day for patient care at West Bloomfield Advanced Dentistry is July 27, 2024. If you have any open treatment plans, please call us to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. We will still provide our patients with emergency dental services at our sister location, Livonia Dentistry, located at 36051 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI, (734) 462-6405, through August 16, 2024.

Although our current location will close, we are happy to welcome our patients at Livonia Dentistry. Livonia Dentistry is only a short drive away, just under thirty minutes from our current location! Our Livonia team will continue providing exceptional oral care with state-of-the-art dentistry to meet all your needs.

Your dental records will transfer automatically to our Livonia location. However, if you choose to use a different dental provider you may request your dental records. All dental records are confidential and protected by federal privacy and security regulations. With authorization, your dental records can be released to you or transferred to another dentist.

You have a few options:

• You may have your dental records sent to you; or
• You may have your dental records sent to a dentist of your choosing (you must provide the dentist’s name and address)

Please make sure to indicate how you would like to obtain your dental records and your preference for electronic or paper format.
